  2. We do our homework on our client companies. Through personal meetings we gain valuable insight into our client companies, including a fuller understanding of what they want from an employee and what they have to offer. Today's savvy professionals want detailed information about the companies they're considering, and we supply it.

  3. We support our ideal candidates with resume consulting and interview coaching services at no extra charge. When we believe you're the best candidate for a position, we'll help you target your resume to the job's specific requirements and we'll coach you on your interviewing skill. How long does it usually take to find a match?

The searching and recruiting process varies as widely as the number of people we've placed in financial positions. We've placed professionals in as few as six hours and as long as six months.

When we have an employment opportunity that matches your experience and job requirements, we'll begin the next phase of our recruiting process-- detailed, job-specific interviews. If you're interested in the available position, we'll put together your file including your resume, our interview notes, and any other pertinent information. Then, with your permission, we'll send it to the company for review.
