become an Investor Member of seedstage.com you must complete an
online Investor Profile that will be used by our evaluation team
to qualify applicants for membership. Once approved and applicable
membership fees are received, you will be given online access
to Executive Summaries provided by member companies who are seeking
seed stage capital.

Here
are the details of the seedstage.com membership process:
- Investor
Profile- Complete the online Investor Profile, which tells
our screening team about your experience and investments in
high tech startups. The profile information will not be released
to entrepreneurs until you specifically send an information
request to a Member Company in which you are interested.
- Profile
Review- The seedstage.com investor screening team will review
your application to become a seedstage.com Investor Member and
will respond to you within approximately one to two weeks.
- Password-
Once approved as a seedstage.com Investor Member you will receive
a password that enables you to access the portfolio of Member
Companies who are seeking seed stage funding through seedstage.com.
The first time you log on as an Investor Member you will complete
an online agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions
of membership in seedstage.com.

Portfolio- You have the option of reviewing the Company
Synopsis and/or Executive Summary for seedstage.com Member Companies
at any time from our password protected web site. Alternatively,
you may also choose to receive information by email, fax, or
mail, whatever is most convenient you. You can also change your
preferences at any time with regard to the type of investment
opportunities you want to receive and how they are to be communicated.
Note that entrepreneurs may at their option lock out certain
portions of their Executive Summary from general release to
investors.
- Request
for Information- When you see a Member Company you are interested
in you may request additional information and/or a meeting through
our web site. At this time you may also authorize seedstage.com
to release your Investor Profile to those companies you have
selected.
- Entrepreneur's
Response- When the entrepreneur receives your request and
profile, he or she has the option of declining the request or
contacting you through email. If the entrepreneur so chooses,
information in their plan that has been locked out from general
release may be authorized for your viewing on seedstage.com.
- Transactions-
When you are interested in investing in a specific company we
will help you work with other interested investors to complete
due diligence and close the transaction through our broker/dealer
partner.
